Description Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request to seek the submission of competitive bids for consulting services to collect walleye broodstock and, if requested, conduct additional fieldwork to collect otoliths and/or monitor spawning activity for a period of five (5) spawning seasons starting spring 2026 ending March 31, 2031 with the option to renew for five (5) additional one (1) year periods, up to a maximum of 10 years.
