Summary

ÖBB-Technische Services GmbH seeks replacement of a wheel-set changing system for the Vienna Matzleinsdorf railway service facility. The system is designed for removal and installation of wheel-sets on bogies of rail vehicles. Scope includes: mobile rail-mounted wheel-set changer with auxiliary rails, five pairs of track bridges, shaft cover renewal with opening/closing mechanisms and fall protection, complete control system renewal, optional pit access covers, and optional 36-month full maintenance contract. Deliverables include project management, design, delivery, dismantling of existing equipment, installation, CE marking, testing, staff training, and all required operational permits and documentation.
