L-MAPS IS A MICROWAVE SPECTROMETER WITH A DLR-CONTRIBUTED GROUND PENETRATING RADAR SUBSYSTEM USED TO MEASURE SUBSURFACE STRUCTURE, TEMPERATURES, AND ID SUBSURFACE ICE.
