The purpose of this project is to proactively replace the Air Handling Unit prior to a complete system failure, at the Lacombe Memorial Centre. Due to the public nature of our building, we need to limit downtime to minimize impact on bookings. The heat wheel serving Air Handling Unit 1 was experiencing mechanical deterioration and operational failure.
