Summary

The City of Moncton is seeking a qualified mechanical engineering consulting firm to assess the existing heating and HVAC infrastructure at Moncton Coliseum and develop an Investment Analysis Report comparing four heating system scenarios. The consultant will evaluate capital costs, energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, lifecycle costs, and operational factors for each option, then recommend a preferred solution. Upon approval, the consultant will provide full design services from conceptual through final tender documents, cost estimates, tendering support, construction administration, and commissioning.
