Summary
SAIT is seeking proposals from experienced restaurant operators and hospitality groups to develop, operate, and manage a restaurant and/or pub within the new Taylor Family Campus Centre. The successful operator must present an innovative, financially sustainable concept that serves students, staff, alumni, visitors, and the surrounding Calgary community. The operator will be responsible for concept development, menu strategy, staffing, marketing, and operational management, with potential to serve attendees of the Southern Alberta Jubilee Auditorium.
Description
SAIT is inviting experienced and qualified restaurant operators, hospitality groups, and food service providers to submit Proposals for the development, operation, and management of a restaurant and/or pub concept within the new Taylor Family Campus Centre (TFCC).
