Town of Birch Hills - Sewage Lagoon Expansion

Lagoon expansion is required at the Town of Birch Hills’ existing sewage treatment lagoon. The expansion will include the construction of a new clay lined primary lagoon cell. The existing primary lagoon cell will be converted to a secondary holding cell.
