Switchee Monitors SaaS

The organisation currently has Switchee monitoring devices installed across group estates. These devices support core operational activities, including environmental monitoring, heating system oversight and property condition management (damp & mould levels). The platform is embedded within business operations and is considered critical to service delivery. Additional devices are in the process of being installed and will be added to the live estate as they are confirmed.
