RFQ for Upper Qu'Appelle River Conveyance Improvements Project

The work consists of implementing four localized conveyance improvement "spot fixes" along the Upper Qu'Appelle River to improve berm integrity, and erosion protection. The scope generally includes clearing and grubbing, topsoil stripping and replacement, excavation, placement, and compaction of impervious fill to construct berm upgrades.
