Description
Phase 2 ESA for delineation of soil and groundwater impacts related to snow storage at the north and south sites, including groundwater monitoring and surface water monitoring of Piper Creek (south site only) for 2026-2028. The term will be from signing until December 31, 2026 with provision for extension of two (2) years in one (1) year increments at the City’s sole discretion.
