Summary
The CAWT Community Connections and Wellbeing Project (CCWP) seeks a service provider to deliver psychosocial activities and community supports in Northern Ireland, specifically within the Southern Health and Social Care Trust (SHSCT) and Western Health and Social Care Trust (WHSCT) areas.
