Description of the Work: SUPPLY AND APPLICATION SOIL STABILIZER AND GRANULAR SEAL COAT on Range Road 2212 from Dewdney Avenue to Railway Tracks; for a TOTAL DISTANCE OF 2.56 km. The proposal is to supply and install soil stabilizer and granular seal coat, necessary equipment and manpower to complete the installation to a depth of 200mm (8”).
