High-Performance Erbium Fiber Laser System

Summary

Fraunhofer-Gesellschaft is procuring one custom high-performance erbium fiber laser (EFL) system for an internal research project to expand research infrastructure. The system will serve as a basis for developing and investigating novel fiber-based short-pulse lasers with high pulse energy and high average power. The developed laser systems will subsequently be used as driver sources for experiments generating secondary radiation based on nonlinear frequency conversion processes.
