Summary

Stadt Wunstorf is converting Grundschule Steinhude into an all-day school facility through phased renovation and new timber construction. This tender covers building automation (Gebäudeautomation) integration across three lots, using KNX as the standard protocol. The system will manage room automation, heating control, ventilation monitoring, electrical oversight, and energy metering across existing and new building sections, with integration into the existing building management system (MBE).
