Summary
The Infrastructure Implementation Unit of Liberia's Ministry of Public Works seeks a qualified individual social consultant to prepare Environmental and Social Framework (ESF) instruments for the Legacy Economic Corridor (LECO) Project. The consultant will support compliance with World Bank Environmental and Social Standards (ESS1, ESS2, ESS5, ESS7, ESS8, ESS10) and develop required social management documentation. This is a project preparation assignment funded by the International Development Association (IDA) Grant Facility.
