Appointment by East Midlands Combined County Authority The temporary appointment of a Principal Transport Planner secondee for EMCCA will be important in helping to develop key elements of the LTP where an officer with the appropriate skills, technical knowledge and experience is essential. It will help support the development of a robust and ambitious LTP for the EMCCA region that can be adopted in a timely manner and hence meet our statutory requirements.
