Type 3 Incident Camps

Alberta Forestry and Parks is responsible for managing wildfires within the Forest Protection Area of Alberta. To support wildfire suppression efforts, the Province requires Camps to be provided on an “as-needed” basis with no guarantees of work, however, successful Proponents may be placed on standby for the Province and compensated based on the Services requested to be on standby.
