Summary
The Ministry of Highways is seeking a contractor to install culverts and repair culvert backfill at multiple locations on Highway 5 near Kuroki and Highway 47 between Buchanan and Preeceville, Saskatchewan. Work includes installation of one 800mm diameter and three 1,400mm diameter polymer laminated corrugated steel pipes, plus backfill repair, totalling 64 metres. The project is expected to begin September 2026 with Phase I completion by November 14, 2026 and Phase II by June 30, 2027. Approximately 265 tonnes of asphalt concrete will be supplied by the contractor.

Purpose of this Advance Proposed Procurement Notice This is an advance notice for the procurement of a Contractor to complete culvert replacements at two sites on Highway 47 between Buchanan and Preeceville, Saskatchewan, and a culvert repair on Highway 5 near Kuroki.
