Framework Agreement for Comprehensive IT Support Services

Summary

Poland's Kraków Court of Appeal (acting as central buyer for the judiciary) is awarding a framework agreement for comprehensive IT support services. The contract covers four parts: (I) Development, Management, RPA, ML; (II) Business Intelligence, Atlassian, CMDB, MO; (III) Security and Maintenance; (IV) Testing. Services will be delivered through IT human resources provision to common courts and the Ministry of Justice across multiple Polish regions. Up to 4 contractors per part (I, III, IV) or 2 per part (II) will be selected based on scoring criteria.
