Facility User Services – Dynamic Purchasing System 2021–2025

Summary

Hansel Oy is establishing a dynamic purchasing system (DPS) for facility user services and related ancillary services to be provided to its customers across Finland. The DPS is divided into three independent categories: (1) Cleaning and Security/Reception Services, (2) Cleaning and Catering Support Services, and (3) Facility Ancillary Services. Candidates may apply to one, two, or all three categories. The DPS will remain active until 31 December 2027, with an acquisition phase beginning 18 June 2021. All interested suppliers meeting eligibility requirements may participate throughout the DPS duration.
