Northumbria Police are seeking the provision of Pension Administration Services. Services included and not limited to: • Core administration team for BAU activity • Wider expert advice and guidance provided relating to policing pension matters • Dedicated phone line and client relationship manager • Delivery of annual exercises such as benefits statements, valuation, HMRC reports • Pensions payroll team • Continuous improvement services
