Follow-up Evaluation of National Strategy on Human Trafficking (2025-2030)

Summary

This is a research and development assignment to conduct a follow-up evaluation of Norway's National Strategy on Human Trafficking (2025-2030). The evaluation will assess how the strategy is implemented in practice, including management, coordination between actors, and progress across prevention, assistance, protection, and prosecution areas. The research will provide evidence for ongoing improvements and support the Ministry of Justice in assessing goal achievement and planning future efforts. The project runs from September 2026 to June 2031 with a budget of NOK 9.6 million (excluding VAT).
