Service Management Maturity

National Highways has appointed a Service Management Maturity (SMM) partner to enhance, integrate and develop its core service management capabilities across IT and OT. The partnership will strengthen existing services, expand to a comprehensive end-to-end service management capability, and support the delivery of improved services to customers while building internal capability for a more advanced and sustainable service management offering.
