Where to find Ontario procurement notices
Ontario directs suppliers to Supply Ontario's Ontario Tenders Portal for open competitive procurements. Start with the notice, then follow its instructions to obtain documents and respond. A provincial opportunity and a municipal opportunity can have different buyers and submission systems.

How to focus your search
- Search the service you sell alongside Ontario locations you can support: for example, network support in Ottawa or building maintenance in Hamilton.
- Search provincial departments and local public buyers separately. A city name in a notice does not make the buyer a municipality.
- For a standing offer or vendor arrangement, check whether the notice is accepting new suppliers or requesting work from suppliers already qualified.
Does an Ontario search include federal contracts?
Work delivered in Ontario can be purchased by federal, provincial or local organizations. Start with the Ontario location filter, then use the government-level filter when you want a particular type of buyer. Search Canada-wide notices too if your services can be delivered remotely.
Before you prepare a response
Check the scope, mandatory qualifications, evaluation criteria, closing date and time zone, and the buyer's question deadline. Keep the original notice and any addenda with your working documents. Submit through the channel specified by the buyer.
