Is TenderIQ suitable for my business size?

TenderIQ supports small businesses, SMEs and large organizations. Guidance includes five seats, counting the owner. Team members share paid tool access while their documents, profiles and conversations stay private. Billing and professional support allowances remain with the owner.

Can a human specialist help write my bids?

Yes. Guidance includes a monthly strategy call. Active annual Guidance and Concierge subscriptions include one professional proposal review with writing feedback per UTC calendar month, without rollover. Concierge also includes a dedicated specialist and hands-on writing for up to 3 supported bids per month. Agree scope and deadlines with us; your business approves the final submission.

How do annual professional reviews work?

With an active annual Guidance or Concierge subscription, open Professional support in your dashboard and select a saved proposal. One request reserves your review for that UTC calendar month, even after completion. Unused reviews do not roll over. The specialist reviews the saved snapshot and returns feedback in your request. Trials and monthly subscriptions do not include this annual benefit. Contact us to arrange annual Concierge service.

What if I cannot find tenders for my industry or location?

Active annual Guidance and Concierge subscribers can request assisted public tender research for any industry and geography from Professional support. Tell us what you supply and where you operate. A specialist searches public sources and adds suitable existing TenderIQ listings or source links to your request, or explains that no suitable matches were found. You can have up to 3 open sourcing requests. Coverage and available opportunities vary; a submitted request is not a guarantee of results or an automatic catalogue import.

Can I analyze competitors that win contracts?

Buyer profiles show winning suppliers and their recorded awards, disclosed values and purchase categories. Use this history to inform your positioning. Coverage varies by source; award notices do not provide a complete list of bidders, competitors' proposals or a verified reason for each win.

Can I try features for free?

Yes. Your first paid subscription starts with a 7-day trial of the selected plan. A card is required, and billing starts automatically unless you cancel. If you use a discount code, the discount replaces the trial and you are charged at checkout.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex) via Stripe. Guidance and above can arrange invoicing.

Can I cancel anytime?

Absolutely. No contracts, no commitments. Cancel from your dashboard at any time.

What happens when my trial ends?

Your selected plan is billed automatically after 7 days unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Is my data secure?

Your documents are encrypted in transit and at rest. Our service providers process data to deliver the service; see our privacy policy.

Can I switch plans?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade anytime from Settings. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.

Are prices in CAD?

Yes, all prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD). These are new-customer prices; existing members retain their existing price generation and discounts. Your exact subscription rate is shown in Settings.

How does annual billing work?

Published annual Starter, Professional, Growth and Guidance plans give you 2 months free compared to monthly billing. Change billing from Settings where available. Annual Concierge service is arranged by contacting us; it is not offered through self-service checkout.
