AI Procurement Advisor

Your team's AI
procurement advisor

A vertical AI built on Anthropic's Claude, trained on Canadian & US procurement law, trade agreements, and 200K+ real government tenders. It cites regulations — not hallucinations.

What it does

Procurement intelligence that knows the rules

Cite the law

Ask about CFTA, FAR, CETA, WTO GPA, or any procurement regulation. Get answers with specific section references, thresholds, and compliance requirements — sourced from actual legislation.

Analyze any RFP

Upload a tender document and get an instant breakdown: requirements, evaluation criteria, red flags, mandatory certifications, and a go/no-go recommendation backed by data.

Team knowledge base

Connect your past proposals, win/loss history, and company certifications. The advisor learns your strengths and gives bid recommendations based on your actual track record.

Sound familiar?

“It's 4 PM on a Friday. You just found a $2M RFP that closes Monday. You need to know: does your company even qualify? What certifications are mandatory? Does Buy American apply? Can you partner with a US firm under CUSMA?”

Your team used to spend the weekend Googling regulations.
Now they ask the advisor. Answer in 30 seconds.

“We used to spend 3-4 hours per RFP just figuring out if we were eligible. Now we get a compliance check in under a minute — with the actual regulation cited. It's like having a procurement lawyer on the team.”

We're a Canadian IT firm. Can we bid on US DoD contracts under CETA?

CETA does not cover US procurement — it's a Canada-EU agreement. For US market access, Canadian firms rely on the WTO GPA and CUSMA (Chapter 13).

However, DoD contracts are excluded from both agreements under national security exceptions (GPA Art. III). You'd need to qualify under a specific reciprocal defense procurement MOU between Canada and the US (DDPP).

What certifications do we need for PSPC IT contracts?

For PSPC IT procurements, you typically need:

  • Reliability Status security clearance (minimum)
  • Procurement Business Number (PBN) registration
  • SAP Vendor ID in the Supplier Registration system
  • • Relevant Supply Arrangement qualification (e.g., ProServices)
