Tees Valley Combined Authority (TVCA) ('the contracting authority') have completed a Direct award Via Bloom NEPRO3 Framework to provide - Consultants to work as an embedded strategic partner within the Business Solutions team with flexibility to respond to changing priorities as the programme develops to design, prioritise and prepare for procurement the first 12 months of TVCA's Business Support Offer.
