Continued provision of Server and Network monitoring software and support

Southend-on-Sea City Council wishes to continue licence software for server and storage monitoring system (currently SolarWinds). The software needed fulfils the below roles: • Network management, • Server management, • Storage Monitoring • Virtualisation management • IP Address management • Database Performance Analyzer for virtualized environments. Technical support for all software, including training. Annual Remote Health check and recommendations report.
