Network Solutions Procurement Vehicle (NSPV)

Summary

Shared Services Canada is issuing an Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) to establish a pre-qualified list of suppliers for the Network Solutions Supply Arrangement (NSSA/VASR). This is a multi-phase procurement vehicle that continues SPC's agile procurement process launched in 2019. The ITQ consists of Phase 1 (preliminary response) and Phase 2 (presentation), leading to qualification as Qualified Respondents (QR) for future procurement phases. Only qualified respondents will be authorized to bid on subsequent solicitations under the NSSA. The arrangement aims to create a secure supplier ecosystem for rapid response to evolving network requirements and facilitate open dialogue on Canada's requirements to improve technology interoperability and integration. This vehicle may be extended to other technology categories like cybersecurity and can be used by SPC, its partners, clients, and optional non-federal clients including provincial and municipal organizations.
