Renewal and Supplementation of VoIP/VTC Licenses and Services

Summary

Centrum Zasobów Cyberprzestrzeni Sił Zbrojnych (Polish Armed Forces Cyber Resources Centre) is procuring renewal and supplementation of software licenses and services for UP VoIP/VTC systems. The contract covers two lots: (1) technical support services for the KOBI bilingual software system, and (2) subscription packages for VoIP/VTC software licenses and services. Current licenses expire 23 November 2026; renewal is critical to maintain secure communications for classified information exchange within the Ministry of Defence and inter-agency coordination. The 36-month contract is being procured under accelerated restricted procedure due to urgent operational necessity for military communications continuity.
