Roof insulation, waterproofing and scaffolding for new sports hall

Große Kreisstadt Delitzsch is seeking contractors for roof and related works on a new sports hall (ABOS Neubau Sporthalle) in Delitzsch, Germany. The scope includes waterproofing approximately 2,150 m² of flat roof surfaces, thermal insulation with stone wool, extensive green roof installation (1,200 m²), gravel ballast, aluminum attic cladding, installation of 11 flat roof windows and 14 smoke/heat exhaust windows, safety systems including rope anchors, and facade scaffolding (1,900 m²). The estimated contract value is €870,000 excluding VAT.
