Pallet Racking System for Fabric Storage Shelter The Department of National Defence (DND) is expanding its material handling and storage capacity at CFB Esquimalt. A new fabric shelter has been built at CFB Esquimalt’s Colwood Main Warehouse site. The shelter measures 120’ long by 60’ wide and is installed on a 140’ by 80’ concrete slab.
