Le gouvernement de Côte d'Ivoire cherche à recruter un cabinet de conseil pour conduire l'évaluation externe finale de la mise en œuvre du Plan Sectoriel Éducation/Formation (PSE) 2016-2025. Ce plan couvre l'ensemble du système éducatif du préscolaire à l'enseignement supérieur et s'articule autour de trois axes : améliorer l'accès et l'équité, renforcer la qualité et l'efficacité, et améliorer la gouvernance. L'évaluation finale s'inscrit dans le cadre du Plan Opérationnel de Suivi-Évaluation (POSE) et complète l'évaluation à mi-parcours réalisée en 2021.
The government of Côte d'Ivoire is seeking to recruit a consulting firm to conduct the final external evaluation of the implementation of the Education/Training Sector Plan (PSE) 2016-2025. This plan covers the entire education system from preschool to higher education and is structured around three axes: improving access and equity, strengthening system quality and effectiveness, and improving governance. The final evaluation is part of the Operational Monitoring and Evaluation Plan (POSE) and complements the mid-term evaluation conducted in 2021.
