The purpose of this project is to perform precision regrading and turf restoration on four (4) soccer fields, prioritized into two phases: • Phase 1 (2026): Restoration of the Northwest and Southwest fields. • Phase 2 (2026/2027 Optional): Restoration of the Northeast and Southeast fields, including new drainage swale construction.
