Executive summary

Shared Services Canada (SSC) is seeking a supplier to provide OEM AppleCare OS support (Alliance Technical Support) for its existing fleet of Apple cellular devices. SSC owns and operates a significant number of Apple cellular devices and requires continued support coverage for these assets nationwide. The contract is for 1 year duration and requires the supplier to provide support services as outlined in the Statement of Work (Annex A) and pricing as specified in the Pricing Table (Annex B). The procurement is being conducted via a Request for Quotation (RFQ) process through the SSC P2P portal. The requirement covers locations nationwide across Canada. This is an OEM support requirement, meaning the contractor must be authorized by Apple or be Apple itself to provide and maintain the support services. The contract award is subject to Canada's internal approvals process, including funding approval.

  7. 07Bidder must submit the certifications required under Part 5 (OEM Certification and Integrity Form).
  8. 08All prices must be quoted in Canadian dollars, Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) destination delivery included, and duty included where applicable.
