RV Standardsoftware – Framework Agreement for Standard Software Licenses

Landeshauptstadt Dresden is establishing a 4-year framework agreement for the acquisition of usage rights to standard software from various manufacturers (excluding SAP, Oracle, IBM, and Microsoft).
