La République du Tchad, via la Cellule d'Exécution des Projets de TchadElec, recrute un consultant individuel expert senior résident en gestion commerciale, recouvrement et protection des revenus. Cet expert travaillera à plein temps aux côtés du Directeur Commercial et du Recouvrement pour améliorer la viabilité financière de TchadElec, réduire les pertes commerciales, sécuriser les recettes et renforcer la relation avec les clients. Le financement provient d'un don IDA de la Banque mondiale (P174495 – Don IDA D985-TD).
The Republic of Chad, through TchadElec's Project Execution Cell, is recruiting an individual senior expert consultant in commercial management, revenue recovery and protection. This full-time expert will work alongside the Director of Commercial Affairs and Recovery to improve TchadElec's financial viability, reduce commercial losses, secure revenues, and strengthen customer relationships. Funding comes from a World Bank IDA grant (P174495 – IDA Grant D985-TD).
