REQUIREMENT Parks Canada Agency (PCA) has a requirement for the repair of the Beaver Hill climbing lane, which was significantly damaged as a result of an atmospheric river event. The damage caused washouts within the roadway and drainage infrastructure. Repairs are required to restore the highway climbing lane and reinstate the adjacent ditching to ensure proper drainage, roadway stability, and the safe operation of the corridor.
