Herefordshire Council is creating an approved list of accredited providers, in respect of Stop Smoking Services - Pharmacotherapy throughout Herefordshire.\r \r This Any Qualified Provider (AQP) procurement offer is designed to support the development of Stop Smoking Services in Herefordshire.\r \r Please note this opportunity has been extended for a further 12 months until 31st March 2025.\r \r Contract dates shown reflect the limitations of the system.
