HVAC and RWA Management, Maintenance and Replacement – Amsterdam Metro Network

GVB Infra B.V. is procuring comprehensive management, maintenance, and replacement services for HVAC and RWA (smoke-extraction) installations across the Amsterdam metro network. The contract is divided into two lots: Lot 1 covers HVAC systems (€40M) and Lot 2 covers RWA systems (€40M), each for 8 years with options for up to 4 additional 1-year renewals. Services include preventive and corrective maintenance, system management, and equipment replacement/renewal.
