Mixed Delivery Model Appraisal

Staffordshire County Council (SCC) is undertaking a comprehensive review of its drainage delivery model to ensure full alignment with the Council's Highway Infrastructure Asset Management Plan (HIAMP), the priorities outlined in Staffordshire's Roadmap to a Better Network, the Strategic Direction for 2026-2028, the findings of the CoRe Drainage Review, and Highway Drainage Functional Specification. This is a call off from the MHA+ Professional Services Partnership 4 Framework Agreement.
