The Council for Development and Reconstruction (CDR) in Lebanon is seeking qualified engineering consultancy firms under framework agreements to provide consulting services for assessment, reconstruction design, and construction supervision of public buildings that have been totally damaged across Beirut, Mount Lebanon, Bekaa, and South Lebanon.
