We are inviting expressions of interest to tender to refresh and develop a Business Case as part of: 1. Establishing a permanent Very Light Rail (VLR) passenger service from Buxton Station to Blackwell Mill and the Monsal Trail running on the working freight line between Great Rocks and Buxton.
