Baltic Sea Monitoring Database Creation with RDSM Portal Update and INSPIRE Harmonization

Summary

The Polish Chief Inspectorate for Environmental Protection (GIOŚ) is procuring services to create a comprehensive Baltic Sea monitoring database as part of the EKOINFONET network. The project includes updating the RDSM portal, harmonizing data according to INSPIRE (Infrastructure for Spatial Information in Europe) standards, and migrating existing data. This is mandated by Polish environmental protection legislation and EU directives on marine strategy and environmental data accessibility.
