The Town of Stony Plain is seeking a comprehensive electronic agenda and meeting management software solution to automate their meeting processes from beginning to end. The Town currently holds approximately 65 Council and committee meetings per year, which are live-streamed and archived on YouTube. Their existing processes are a mix of paper-based and electronic document management that are labor intensive and lack version control and definitive workflow processes. The solution must include necessary supporting hardware, end-user training, ongoing support, and continual upgrades. The software will support Council and Committee agenda creation, management, communication, collaboration and must integrate with existing archives, audio visual equipment, and the Town's website.
