Description The Rural Municipality of Lac du Bonnet (RM) has two Transfer Stations which require refuse and recycling hauling services. The purpose of this RFT is to enter in a two (2) year agreement with a Service Provider that would haul refuse to the Libau Landfill, located in Libau, MB, and co-mingled recycling to the GFL Material Recovery Facility in Winnipeg, MB.
