Lambeth Red Labs Refurb-Upgrades AHU12&14

Upgrade of critical components for the Phoenix closed-protocol VAV damper system that regulates air pressure to the forensic clean rooms assocaited with AHU 12 Red and AHU 14 Blue. Works are to upgrade the backend software, install new backbone network cabling. Replace actuator control modules, PCB Bacnet controllers and Venturi Valves. Works include programming to be carried out by Critical Auirflow and specialist BMS contractor to integrate with the buildings management system.
