High level summary of the project includes: Undertaken roof repair as there are leaks throughout. Installation of roof insulation and suspended ceiling. Upgrade of all glazing and doors (including fire doors). Strip out of existing M&E services/plant. Installation of VRV/VRF system and ASHP.
