Human Resources Consulting Services Roster

Summary

The Government of New Brunswick is seeking to establish a roster of up to five qualified human resources consulting firms to provide advisory and consulting services on an as-needed basis. Services include specifications development, program evaluation, programme review, and HR advisory across workplace relations, labour relations, employee relations, classification, compensation, policy review, and investigations. Proponents must submit proposals for at least two advisory service streams and may apply for additional streams. The roster is intended to supplement internal capacity with multidisciplinary and specialized HR expertise.
