DISTRIBUȚIE ENERGIE ELECTRICĂ ROMANIA S.A. is procuring a PKI-HSM (Public Key Infrastructure - Hardware Security Module) security system to establish centralized security infrastructure for smart metering. The system will integrate with existing Smart Meter Implementation (SMI) solutions and MDM/MDC platforms across three operational regions (TS, MN, TN). The solution will serve as a common logical infrastructure for DEER, defining security principles and workflows for secure meter data management.
